These General Terms and Conditions, as may be updated from time to time (the "General Terms"), govern the terms upon which Bmaps Solutions OÜ, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Estonia, registered under number 17115233, with its registered office at Jõe 4c, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju County, 10151, Estonia, operating under the commercial name "Bubblemaps" ("Bubblemaps", "we", "us", or "our"), supplies the User (as defined below) with the Services (as defined below).
Please read these General Terms before using the Services. These General Terms tell you who we are, how we will provide the Services to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information.

By accessing the Website or the Application, or by using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these General Terms and agree to be bound by them.
If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these General Terms.
Bubblemaps and the User are hereafter individually referred to as a "Party" and jointly as the "Parties".
The Website and the Application provide a non-binding description of the Services offered by Bubblemaps. Users are invited to visit and review them in full before accepting these General Terms.
In addition to the terms defined elsewhere in these General Terms, capitalized terms shall have the meanings indicated below, whether used in the singular or plural.
Application – means the application available at https://app.bubblemaps.io/.
Blockchain – means a decentralized and distributed digital ledger technology that records transactions across multiple computers in a secure and immutable manner. It operates as a chain of blocks, where each block contains a batch of transactions and is linked to the previous one using cryptographic hashes.
Bubblemaps – means Bmaps Solutions OÜ, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Estonia, registered under number 17115233, with its registered office at Jõe 4c, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju County, 10151, Estonia, operating under the commercial name "Bubblemaps", as well as its affiliates where applicable.
DeFi – means decentralized finance, namely the set of protocols that enable financial transactions to be carried out without a trusted third party, on a peer-to-peer basis, through Blockchain technologies and smart contract applications.
Digital Wallet – has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.2.
Premium User – means a User who has elected to pay applicable fees in order to benefit from one or more paid Services.
Premium User Account – means the User Account of a Premium User.
