These Bolt Terms & Conditions ("Bolt Terms") govern the purchase and use of the "Bolt" feature on the Bubblemaps platform. By purchasing or using Bolts, you agree to be bound by these Bolt Terms, in addition to Bubblemaps' general Terms and Conditions available at https://bubblemaps.io/ (the "General Terms"). The legal entity operating the Bubblemaps platform and contracting with the User under these Bolt Terms is identified in the General Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Bolt Terms and the General Terms, these Bolt Terms shall prevail with respect to your use of the Bolt feature.
If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Bolt Terms.
A Bolt is a paid feature designed to temporarily increase the visibility of a specific token within designated sections of the Bubblemaps platform. Bolts are intended to reflect community interest and engagement and do not constitute any form of verification, validation, assessment, or endorsement by Bubblemaps of the relevant token, project, or User, as further detailed in Section 9.
A Bolt is applied to a specific token address on a specific blockchain network. A Bolt does not extend to other token addresses, wrapped versions, forks, or to the same token deployed on other blockchain networks.
The Bolt feature is available to any User, regardless of their relationship to the underlying token or project. The purchase of a Bolt does not imply, confirm, or verify any ownership, affiliation, or representation rights of the User with respect to the token or project concerned.
Bolts are offered as a one-time purchase, for a duration indicated to the User at the time of purchase. Once activated, a Bolt remains active for the duration applicable to the relevant pack, subject to these Bolt Terms.

Bubblemaps does not guarantee the perpetual availability of the Bolt feature, the Bubblemaps platform, or the display of any specific Bolt. Any unused or expired Bolt is automatically forfeited and cannot be extended, transferred, reassigned, or reused.
The effect of Bolts on token visibility is determined by Bubblemaps' internal systems and may interact with other metrics, signals, or platform features. Bolts are only one of several factors used to determine how tokens are ranked or displayed on the Bubblemaps platform.
