These Bolt Terms & Conditions (“Bolt Terms”) govern the purchase and use of the “Bolt” feature on the Bubblemaps platform. By purchasing or using Bolts, you agree to be bound by these Bolt Terms, in addition to Bubblemaps’ general Terms and Conditions.
If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Bolt Terms.
Bolts are a paid feature designed to increase the visibility of a specific token within certain sections of the Bubblemaps platform for a limited duration. Bolts are intended to highlight community interest and engagement and do not represent any form of validation, assessment, or endorsement by Bubblemaps.
A Bolt is applied to a specific token address on a specific blockchain network. Bolts do not apply to other token addresses, wrapped versions, forks, or the same token deployed on other chains.
Bolts are active only for the duration indicated at the time of purchase. Any unused or expired Bolts are forfeited and cannot be extended, transferred, or reused.
The effect of Bolts on token visibility is determined by Bubblemaps’ internal systems and may interact with other metrics, signals, or platform features. Bolts are only one of multiple factors used to determine how tokens are displayed.
You acknowledge and agree that:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that Bolts are purchased for the correct token address and blockchain network. Once a purchase is completed, Bolts cannot be reassigned, transferred, modified, or canceled.
Bubblemaps shall not be liable for any incorrect purchases, including purchases made for the wrong token, address, or chain.
All Bolt payments are processed via a third-party payment provider, MoonPay Commerce. Bubblemaps does not directly process, store, or control payment information.
By purchasing Bolts, you also agree to be bound by MoonPay Commerce’s applicable terms, conditions, and policies. Bubblemaps is not responsible for any payment processing errors, delays, failures, or fees imposed by MoonPay Commerce or any other third-party service provider.
